These bespoke made hovercraft fan guards are high quality, made from steel and powder coated for longevity. We can also offer coloured powder coat options or even marine grade stainless steel if required - please call us to discuss: 01304 619820

These guards are secured by saddle clamps around the fan duct housing and can be easily removed to gain access to the fan assembly protected behind.

BHC utilise axial impellers, these blades have an airfoil profile, this being best suited for engine driven applications as provides a uniform blade area to improve efficiency while offering lower absorbed power and lower sound levels. These fan blades are heavy duty, heat ageing stabilised, with a high strength to weight ratio and are single formed from glass fibre reinforced polyamid. They only come in an off-white colour which determines the strength of the blade.

Please note the pitch of the blade within the fan assembly is crucial for good flight – feel free to call for any advice needed. We also stock the fan hubs.

Our BHC bespoke throttle cables are exclusively made with a superior 316 marine grade stainless steel inner cable, to prevent corrosion. These are made to length on request.

They are ready to fit and come with the necessary fitments including dog-leg, fitted and ready to go.

Skirting is crucial for hovercraft to fly well so, using the highest quality materials, we fabricate BHC skirts, and also replacement skirts for other hovercraft types. All we need is a segment provided as a template.

These can be purchased as individual segments, however a discount is offered for a complete skirt. We also offer our ex-demo skirts which have had little use, at a discounted price.

Just fit each segment with a cable tie in just a few minutes. Let us know if you need any advice in fitting these or see our helpful 'How To' video link.

Please noted the skirt type is determined by the age of hovercraft and where it is located on the craft - we may ask you to send us some photos to clarify the skirt type required.
