Ecological Surveys on the River Mersey
This week our sister company - Coastal Transit Services, was on the River Mersey conducting ecological surveys alongside of RSK BioCensus.
Our fully qualified commercial hovercraft pilots assisted with the whole process and planning, making sure that everything was completed professionally, and in a timely manner.
Due to the location and tide state during the surveys, our hovercraft were the ideal vehicle to traverse the terrain and access these locations.
The surveys have now finished until spring next year, when we will start the process for 2026, in the meantime we have commercial contracts taking place in Southampton and Bristol, so there is still plenty of commercial hovercraft activity taking place.
